Support planning at the scheme of work/course/module level

Description

People do a lot of their planning at a level higher than individual sessions, and appea to want to be able to plan at this higher level too (though not as rigorously as the LKL planner). Consider for a later version.

I think we will be able to support this by adding a categorisation of learning designs (e.g. activity, session, module, course), and grouping several ld's together - details to be worked out at a later date.

Unless there is some particular functionality that would be neccessary for the higher levels - in which case you'll need to tell me what it is.
